Shipping policy

Dear customers once your order is received, depending on the availability of the items, it will get processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and feast days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

However, this applies only to products and items that are usually in stock. All custom made items, such as Byzantine style Icons, Russian Style Icons, stone Icons and beeswax candles are made on demand and therefore you must allow up to 4 weeks for production. 

The shipping times indicated on the checkout page are pre set by the carriers and are not entirely accurate, they cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to receive your order before a specific date, please contact us and it will be our pleasure to serve you at the best of our ability.

In-store pickup

You also have the choice to select free local pickup at the monastery's boutique. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pick up. We will send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready.

Please consult the boutique opening hours for pickup and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping to the United States of America

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The monastery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. Due to COVID 19 regulations, some borders are closed to shipments. Please contact your local post office and inquire before placing an order. We are not responsible for returned orders due to COVID-19 government restrictions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to verify its status, that is only if you have selected a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

You cannot select FedEx as a carrier if your package will be delivered to a P.O. Box.
